I thought the 2003 smartphone OS supported multiple email accounts... am I wrong here?

Ya, it does. I've got 4 of them setup now. It looks like Chris has a couple errors right at the end when he lists things out. There is a File Explorer Pictures, and Sim Contacts available. Some of these aren't installed, and you have to go download them yourself.
