Run an application at startup on SmartPhone

I have placed the application in the \Storage\Windows\Start Menu folder and a shortcut to the application in \Storage\Windows\StartUp folder, but it doesn't work.Any solutions?

Start Menu is where shortcuts listed in your programs menu go.
Startup is where you want them to be but not in the root windows dorectiry but under the IPSM windows directory.

Andthing you put in your root windows directory will be removed on an off/on cycle.
