Im currently putting them under MyDocuments in the IPSM directory, can I place them on the other directories? Such as the Temp or Windows?

Files can go in IPSM or any subdirectory of IPSM. Files placed anywhere else will be lost when you turn off the phone. I would highly recommend that you pick up a cheap SD card though.

Sorry if this is common knowledge, but can ringtones be stored on an SD card? TIA!

***UPDATE*** I think I've discovered that my Smartphone (MPx200) has the built-in ability to play ringtones off the SD card as long as they're in a "My Documents" folder on the card. If this is incorrect, please post indicting so, and what a solution may be. Otherwise, I'm assuming this is the case. I'm wondering if that feature is unique to the MPx200, or if all Smartphones have this feature?

look at http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=20-160-018&catalog=68&depa=0 they have a 64mb sd card for $23! My 32mb mmc card was $40 back in 2001. My 64mb card was $35 around xmas time 2003.

That is one heck of a deal.
