The FCC said it has received numerous complaints from consumers as well as carriers trying to complete transfers involving AT&T Wireless, the No. 3 U.S. wireless carrier."<br /><br />People are switching away from mobile operators based largely on customer service issues. Clearly, this is not the way ATTWS should be addressing them. :?

Basically lame @ss reponses from them. First they had issues with their GSM networks being down. Then they had issues with their CRM Software and not being able to do phone activations. And now this with the huge delays they are causing for number portability. Is AT&T really that incompetent during a critical holiday season?!
At this rate I wouldn't buy the MPx200 from AT&T even if they gave it for free since you'd be stuck with them for 2 years ontop of all this confidence inspiring antics they've been doing of late.
Oh why oh why doesn't anyone else have the SmartPhones other than AT&T and Verizon?! AT&T is pathetic right now and Verizon has a hugely expensive deal with the phone price and no unlimited data. It would be cool if Sprint or T-Mobile came up with the SmartPhone. At least they have sane and decent data plans. What a fiasco. MS releases a good phone with a carrier who is down in the dumps now.

Actually I prefer the Samsung i500 over the Treo 600. The Treo is too huge for my taste. But the point here is not Palm devices. Its the lack of Windows Smartphones from decent operators with decent data plans.

Sure. Was just pointing that out. I didn't find the Treo 600 to be all that big. For me the drawback was a Palm OS based phone and candybar style. I opted for the Samsung i600.
