2002 v 2003

Can someone briefly explain the major differences between the Smartphone 2002 and 2003 platforms. I have read some random things, but have not seen a basic compare/contrast that covers the most significant differences.

I have strangely not encountered a good list on the 'net either. Here is some stuff I know about although probably not an exhaustive list:

- Upgrade to WinCE 4.2 - stability/speed improvements, as well as lots of built-in capabilities in the platform (IPv6, IPSEC, etc)
- .NET CF in ROM - prob won't see difference right away, but with time I would expect this to really help the # of apps out there
- Better integration w/ Exchange 2003 (push scenarios, etc)
- Power management improved
- Small UI improvements (# shortcuts listed, today screen shows appts that are not necessarily today, etc)
- Re-written Pocket IE
- Windows Media 9 player (new codec support)
