It's helped the spread of mobile services across the rural Philippines, where people might not otherwise be able to afford to buy a larger quantity of pre-paid minutes."<br /><br />Interesting concept. What if this concept expanded to businesses? The idea of a commodity market in cellular airtime minutes might have some hurdles, but could one day be a reality. I wonder if eBay is watching this story?
