http://www.lansley.com/betatest/

Tesco Phone Shopper is a new Smartphone application that sounds pretty interesting. They are currently looking for beta testers and expect to have a final release in the spring of next year.

"This application allows customers with Microsoft Windows-powered Smartphones to create and place a grocery order wherever they are and whenever they wish. They do not need to be connected to the network or receive a signal when searching through all their favourites, but do when searching for more products and placing their order. The Tesco Phone Shopper follows the same customer convenience ethos of Tesco Pocket Shopper for Pocket PCs which has proved very popular."

Here are the requirements for anyone interested in beta testing: Have a data-enabled Smartphone running Microsoft Smartphone 2002 Be resident in the UK Sign up for a Tesco.com grocery account (or use your existing Tesco.com account). This is completely free of charge, but since we cover 97% of the UK population there may be a slight possibility that you are not in a home shopping zone Provide constructive feedback in adherence to the guidelines set out for the beta program which will be displayed at the site Expect to be contacted directly by a member of the development team if necessary, by either phone or email as preferred Be willing to make at least one full checkout using Tesco Phone Shopper during the course of the test.Check out the link above to apply for the beta or read more about this app.
