The Qtek 7070 is the latest device to run Microsoft's Windows operating system, using Smartphone 2002, a version designed for mobile phones. Don't expect the phone's interface to look anything like the desktop version though - any resemblance is limited to the applications that come preloaded, such as Pocket Internet Explorer, Windows Media Player and Pocket Outlook."
