So far it is only for decertified (application unlocked) Smartphones. It takes over the record button, and when pressed brings down a bar with a list of running applications, as well as some bonus information like free memory and the time. From XBar you can change applications, quit one, all or all but one application, as well as access Voice Notes in case you wanted to use the record button as it was originally intended.
