The first video chat application is now available in the marketplace. Tango allows Windows Phone the ability to use their front-facing camera to call up their friends and family. The application even allows users who don't have a front-facing camera to join in on the action by utilizing the back-facing camera to display the surroundings of those users. Although the app is not as refined as Skype, users will have to make due until Skype is officially announced (hopefully sometime soon).</p>

You can always video conference by doing it from the bathroom, or just carrying a small mirror. :D
