I am not sure how often I would actually use it thought, what are your thoughts on this new addition to iOS 5? Something you would use?&nbsp;</p>

Sure but not to play a game like in that picture. This is killer for, hey take a look of these pictures or video I took. Hey I found this great U-Tube video. Beats 5 people crowding around a 3.5" screen.

In a classroom or training situation, great.

Now if game developers created an AirPlay mode where the video goes to the Airplay channel on the big screen and the device just shows controls. I bet that would have some following. Wonder if that's possible?

Guess I'm going to have to consider an AppleTV puck. At the very least research AirPlay receivers. ;)

I sure hope that AirPlay works better for others than it has for me. I've been running iOS 5 on my iPad 2 and Apple TV for several months and on those rare occasions when AirPlay actually does start to work, its only a matter of seconds (maybe minutes, if I'm lucky) before it just quits and refuses to work again. AirPlay Mirroring is much more likely to die quickly than playing a video, if it ever actually starts working at all.

The idea is cool, but the implementation seems very flawed.

Gee, it worked so well in the demos. ;)

So, final releases (RTM) or final betas? Even the last developer beta for Mango had some issues my official released update doesn't. (and the final RTM seems to have some issues for some my last Beta didn't, so it goes)

Yes, it's possible. Google "Firemint Real Racing 2". They even just released a new update that allows multiple people to play together on 1 TV.
