Of course you can always check availability via <a href="http://www.att.com/shop/wireless/index.jsp#fbid=" target="_blank">AT&T Wireless</a> main site or go to Apple and check, they set up an <a href="https://buyiphone.apple.com/WebObjects/IPACustomer.woa/wa/IPAToolAction/springboard" target="_blank">availability page</a> for AT&T and Verizon customers (sorry Sprint customers).</p>
