It is currently unknown if there are adverse affects in installing this build via the methods described. But, then again, that's what XDA is all about. If you are feeling adventurous, head over to the XDA site for the instructions. Or if you are the cautious type, download the file first (in case it gets pulled) and wait and see reported results from other then decide if its something you want to try. </p>
