China also making a splash as 12 of the top 100 are companies based there. Even Toyota, with all of their PR problems over the last year or two made for a strong showing, with their value rising 11% and putting them back on top of the automotive section. This is a list of "heroes" chosen by 900 engineering undergraduates in the UK that were surveyed by General Electric.*</p>
