First of all, who cares? It's a concept not a real product.

Second, only very wealthy or very crazy people would buy it. iPod/iPhone product changes are too frequent to support a camera of this pedigree. Leica would release the product and get, at most, a year's life out of all their work. I would hope Leica has more business sense than that.
