But street carts are mobile; how can you find that rolling lobster truck you've hear so much about?"

There aren't a lot of food carts near my workplace, well actually, there are none. So when I tried this free app I got zilch as far as results. However, what is cool about this app is that you can slide the map to an area where you want to go, such as downtown Portland, and try it again. Once I did that I got several results as Portland is a great place for food carts and there were plenty of choices found with this app. If the cart has a Twitter feed it is also given here so you can keep updated on the happenings with your favorite cart. I also like the choice of display, either by flags on a map or in list form once you do the search. Pretty good for a free app, I just hope it keeps getting updated so the information doesn't become outdated. Nothing worse than counting on something being there and arriving to find an empty spot.
