What do you use your iPad for and did it replace your PC? There were varying answers to our question, and now this study comes out that shows just how people are using their tablets. In this study (<a href="http://services.google.com/fh/files/blogs/AdMob - Tablet Survey.pdf" target="_blank">available here</a> in PDF form) it says that for 43% of the responders, the tablet has replaced their PC. Also interesting to me is that playing games tops the list. I would have thought "consuming entertainment" or one of the reading categories would have displaced that, or that they would have at least been higher on the list. But that is my perspective I suppose, since that is what I use my iPad for most of the time. How about you? Does this go along with how you use your tablet or do the results surprise you?</p>

Mine is still used primarily for consumption but that may change and soon. Garageband and iMovie have suddenly become useful tools in our household.

Well...I didnt get an iPad2...but I DID buy a pristine Original iPad from a soon to be upgrader at a great price of $280 (16GB, WiFi/3G). AND their 3G didnt run out yet for this month! :D

So far (2 days), I've been adding, playing with, deleting and organizing apps. Loving how much better they look on the iPad than the iPhone (Except for the retina clarity).

I'm still trying to convince myself that I need the iPad while at the same time trying to figure out if there is a way to get rid of the iPhone4 and keep the iPad with me at all times! I'm just unconfortable with both and think I'm wasting one when using the other! If I could figure that out...I'll upgrade to the iPad2! (for the camera) :D
