To be honest though, as someone that deals with these types of calls on a daily basis in my job as a 911 dispatcher, the best way to report anything is to just pick up the phone and call. We usually have more questions than these types of apps can ask, and we can get the information out quicker than something like this that has to go through several layers of bureaucracy in order to get to the people on the street that can actually go investigate. But I suppose if you would rather do this, it is better than not doing anything.</p>
