I was pretty irked by this. My son and I watch 10 minutes of the 1999 movie "Elmo in Groundland" several times a week (trying to limit TV at his age) and it was frustrating to try my Boxee Box, Xbox 360, then laptop and have them all fail...my boy kept saying "Elmo, Elmo, Elmo...". We settled for watching a few Elmo videos on YouTube. :D
