I use iTeleport and Splashtop to VNC into my Windows 7 HTPC. Both have slightly different features, and iTeleport allows me to VNC in over the web. Splashtop is wifi only. I use both apps all the time, they work great when I am doing maintenance (file copy, backup, etc) without having to switch my tv to the HTPC.
