The manuals include instructions on how to change out the hard drives and batteries so apparently doing so will not void your warranty, at least that is what HardMac is saying. I think I would get verification from Apple before doing so, but it does sound reasonable. I mean, why else would they put it in the manual if it wasn't ok with them for you to change those out?</p>
