Well there is the Galaxy Tab at that size. Which I found good for everything but web browsing. Just way too much scrolling required.

Cons of the Galaxy tab - Not clear if it is getting Honeycomb and no Wifi only model. I don't want to have to sign up for 3G service since I have Wifi just about everyplace I'll use this.

The AT&T branded version does not require activation to use as a WiFi only device. There is a work around to avoid the required activation on the Verizon version. Honeycomb will be on the new 7" Tab (or so I keep reading)

Verizon wouldn't let me buy it without activating it.

Can't you just buy it from Samsung directly?

Should be called the Round-up of the latest big phones. Wonder how you can justify a Tablet comparison when leaving out the HP Slate, ExoPC, Asus Eee Slate, etc.? Oh, sorry, they run a full fledged OS, rather than a ported phone one, which is what defines a Tablet these days.

Not saying they are better or worse, but if you are going to compare 'Tablets' should include the devices that spawned the name, and let them compete.

Guarantee when Apple produces the first Touch Screen Air with magnetic locking keyboard/cover, running OSX, a Tablet will be defined as running a desktop OS and those other things will be Pads or Smartscreens, or something else.
