With the $200 gift card you can basically trade it in on a 16GB iPhone 4, or use it on some other equipment that Verizon sells (but why wouldn't you want an iPhone right?). I suppose you could always hang on to it and wait to use it on an iPhone 5, but I haven't checked on the restrictions yet.
