No hidden charges and it was to thank customers for "loyalty" or in other words, not switching to Verizon. Did you get offered this deal?&nbsp;</p>

I wish!! -- Asked about it using their chat -- no joy! Thought I would go in in person. If I had this in the house I could drop my minutes substantially.

Unless you pay their monthly fee ($20 I think), minutes still count against your plan.
