At a rumored 99 cents per week, it'll be competing with some pretty established news apps. It will be interesting to see how The Daily will be tailored specifically for the iPad. At 99 cents a week, I'd even pay for it for a couple of weeks to see. If It isn't a pay for 6 mo up front sort of thing.

It's all about the personalization. If I can get this to filter and highlight the feeds properly, it'll be worth it. If all I get is a data dump, no way.
