Alongside the next-generation smartphones, tablets, and TVs rolled out and heavily touted by industry leaders were a wealth of products that received little to no attention but warrant a second look -- or a double take. Following is a look at the wackier -- and in some cases, quite innovative -- products that cropped up at CES 2011."

CES is always a big event for the big names showing off their latest and greatest devices, as well as innovative ones from smaller unknown companies too. For every great device that makes you go 'Oooh! I like that!' there are others that make you go 'Hmmm! I'm not so sure about that.'. This list of seven wacky products at CES this year by Computer World certainly has some merit. Take the picture above of the scentscape that can produce scents so that if you were looking at a birthday cake you would be able to smell it too, or a beach, or if you a gamer the smell of gunpowder or blood. It might be wacky, but I like it. Take a look at the list and see if you agree if they are wacky or not.
