The <a href="http://www.tmonews.com/2011/01/mytouch-slide-update-delayed-by-two-issues/" target="_blank">myTouch Slide Android 2.2 update</a> will be delayed due to unreliable Wi-Fi calling and a misdirection of which partition to store the update. HTC is working on the issues but no release date is set yet. Second, the good news. The <a href="http://forums.t-mobile.com/t5/myTouch-3G/Ladies-and-Gentlemen-Froyo/td-p/496813" target="_blank">myTouch 3G 3.5mm Jack and myTouch Fender LE Android 2.2 Froyo updates</a> will be released beginning January 12th with all customer's receiving their update by February 1st. This update has been desired by myTouch fans since the release of the myTouch 3G updates in October and December of last year. Finally, the wait is over!</p>
