It works by having a box under the TV that connects to your TV via HDMI or Composite A/V, it also has an optical out allowing you to hook it up to your surround sound system. There are a couple of USB ports too which aren't used at the moment but Veebeam say this is for the future to all allow webcams or disk drives to be connected. You then plug the wireless usb stick in your laptop or PC, install the software and the screen is then streamed to the TV. Overall this setup seems to have more benefits than just a pure wireless HDMI solution and one that I can see potential for once they enable the use of the USB ports. Pricing is very good as well with the HD version costing a reasonable £139.</p>
