Even though my contacts have birthday info in them and that my hotmail / live.com accounts (linked to my phone) do even mail me birthday reminders and show up in the online calendars, there are no birthday reminders in my WP7 calendar.
It is possible there is a setting somewhere about this but I have looked for it and not found anything.
