It went for a final price of $1,125, but eBay soon after allegedly canceled the listing."</em></p><p><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com/resizer/thumbs/size/600/at/auto/1293069306.usr105505.jpg" style="border: 0;" /></p><p>These figurines keep showing up, and Apple legal keeps going after the people who sell them. &nbsp;I can't say that I'm surprised by that. &nbsp;Steve Jobs does have a right to protect his valuable image. &nbsp;At the same time, I can understand a desire to own your very own Steve Jobs figurine. &nbsp;What do you think? &nbsp;Is Apple being heavy-handed here?</p>

I think this is one of those situations where you have to take action or are implying concurrance. Kind of like trademark infringement. Apple should license a line of Steve Jobs articles. I would go for a Pez dispenser myself. There would of course be the 12" action figure with reality distortion field.

I want one of those dolls with the pull string. Every time you pull it, Jobs will say "It's Magical" or "We think you're really going to love it."
