Version 3.0, released on September 30, adds annotations, markup and highlighting capabilities."</em></p><p><img src="http://images.thoughtsmedia.com//at/auto/1286137659.usr105505.png" style="border: 0; margin-left: 100px; margin-right: 100px;" /></p><p>I read most of my PDFs on Folio for iPad, but I might switch back to GoodReader now, at least for PDFs I'm using for research purposes. &nbsp;Annotation is exactly what I've been waiting for in Folio (it added highlighting in the last update). &nbsp;I'm not a fan of GoodReader's interface, but for now, it has Folio beat on features. &nbsp;What PDF reader, if any, do you use on the iPad?</p><p>&nbsp;</p>

Now that it has received annotation and other goodies, mostly GoodReader; sometimes, when I need to search for a word in more than one book at a time, iRead or iAnnotate.
