Thanks to AppBrain, you can now view all the apps on my phone, and even subscribe to me within the app (username: jonwestfall)!

Zillow is an app that I have no worldly use for on this planet - I don't own a home, I'm not in the market to own a home, and I don't really care about real estate prices. But yet I have this on my phone. Why? Because it's interesting to peak around your neighborhood and see what prices are around you. The estimates are interesting in that you get both an estimate price and monthly mortgage payment. So while I'm not in the market for a home, I am now aware I pay more in rent than I might pay on a mortgage for some homes in my area. For the price (Free), it's a fun app to play with.
