So am I the only one who had every single one of his app folders completely demolished by this stupid update?!? Did I miss the readme that said what to do to avoid it? Took me forever to organize my hundred+ (110 to be exact) apps into meaningful folders.

No problems with my folders. I just did the standard "download & upgrade."

Uugh!! I guess I'm just jinxed as usual. Or maybe it was because I skipped the 4.0.2 upgrade (iTunes said that I had an upgrade available to 4.0.2, but when I clicked it it installed 4.1). Who knows? Took me a good hour using the iTunes interface to get everything rearranged. Man that isn't even close to the most efficient means of arranging things in folders. Damn icons run away from you when you try and drop one on another. And getting them moved from screen to screen when they are randomly (yes, COMPLETELY randomly) scattered across 8 screens is craziness. I get that it has to be somewhat convoluted on the phone and that it is kinda nice to have a consistent interface in iTunes, but cripes! It's a desktop with much better metaphors for managing icons and icon groups. Anyway, fixed for now.
