Medscape mobile - when is it coming?

I am a medical doctor and I don't feel happy when users of iphones turn on their devices and use Medscape mobile - a free app. that is not available on windows phones which I use. Does anybody know if windows phone will get app or other useful apps soon? Does Microsoft want the medical profession as customers?
