Virgin Mobile has announced that starting in January they will be offering a Windows Phone 7 handset for the first time. They will be offering the impressive Samsung Omnia 7, boasting a 4" screen, camera with flash, and video capture and playback capability. Terms of the purchase are that the handset will be free on a &pound;35 tariff with unlimited texts, 1000 minutes and 1 GB mobile web.
