zune pass, too many computers
I bought my zune in august, and got a month pass. It ran out.
The software updated to 3.0. Free trials of the pass became available. I wanted to see how the channel thing worked. It started telling me I had more than three computers and could not download content.
I called them and they deleted my free pass and indicated that if I bought a pass, it would be fine.
It was not fine. I called again. After more than an hour on the phone, they determined that I had two account.live.net accounts. (I had msn internet years and years ago). They had me update all the personal data on both accounts. It began to work again.
Now, it has stopped working.. The marketplace thinks my single computer is three computers. I'm thinking I'll call and ask them to refund the zune pass.
I love the channels feature, but the whole pass concept seems broken.
Anyone know anything different?
