Default Office Mobile 2010 Not Exclusive To Windows Phone 7

http://www.neowin.net/news/microsof...e-platformsquot

Right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing? Or would using independent wandering feet be a better metaphor? Can Microsoft's mobile strategy be any messier with not just multiple mobile OS offerings but also supporting non-Microsoft platforms for core applications? Yeeesh. NeoWin.net is reporting that Office Mobile 2010 will be carried not just on Windows Phone 7, but also other mobile platforms such as Nokia's. While it isn't clear what these other platforms will be (Nokia backs MeeGo as well as Symbian), that takes away a huge selling point for Windows Phone 7 - as if we needed more excuses. While this development is certainly great for the Office team at Microsoft, I'm wondering exactly what the Mobile side thinks of this. Good? Bad? Let us know!
