Default Insufficient system permission error

Please, Please, if anyone can help me solve this problem I would be deeply grateful.

More than a month ago I got my HTC Touch Pro. I have been able to install everything just the way I had it on my T-Mobile MDA with one exception. I purchased a progam called, "PointCalc" that worked on my T-Mobile. Now when I try to install it on my Touch Pro, I get a message that says "cannot be installed because you do not have sufficient system permission." It's driving me crazy because even after contacting the developer he says he never heard of such an error.

I thought maybe all he would have to do is send me a new reg code. Maybe this has something to do with T-Mobile being WM5 and Touch Pro being 6.1. I don't know.

The program is very valuable to me because I am on weight watchers and this allows you to enter the foods that you eat and also give the WW Point value. It's a great program and I had just forked over $14.95 and now can't use it.

Does anyone know a fix for this?
