Default Album Art: Now In Glorious High-Res

http://zunerama.com/forum/index.php?topic=6474.0

As Bill Wittress (Zuneguy) promised, it seems our album art is finally receiving an upgrade. Several Zunerama forum members have noticed that once-pixilated and fuzzy have been replaced with sharp, high-resolution album art scans. Poster MrJoe has also noticed that the "find album info" dialog has been updated and the "find info for all albums" command actually works correctly for once.

One weird thing I noticed about the new dialog is that if I click on the album art during the update, I'm taken to http://shopformusic.microsoft.com/, which seems pretty inconsistent with the Zune branding. I can only hope they fix/update this by the time the new software is released.

The albums appear to be getting their updates artist by artist, likely in time for the launch of Zune2.

EDIT: Clarified "update".

You can also use the Zune Marketplace search to find good quality album art, 200x200 and 240x240 in many cases.

You need to search for albums to get album art:

EDIT: in the meantime I noticed we are not talking for 240x240 but 800x800 album art! Excellent.

Kostas, I'm a huge fan of your tool, and I can only hope the Marketplace update doesn't break it. In the meantime, would you care to update it to give us the full 800x800? That'd be awesome.

I don't think the high-res album art is available like the low-res, they've embedded it in the track, but I'll search for them anyway

I'm a little confused. To quote part of your post:
"One weird thing I noticed about the update though"
What update are you referring to?

Apologies. I was referring to the "find album info" update. Let me clarify that now.
