The Shadow represents a new paradigm in the world of Windows Mobile devices with a redesigned Home screen, which is the result of a collaboration between Microsoft and T-Mobile. The new Home screen, known internally at Microsoft as "Neo," has been created to allow ease of access to the phone's most important functions. Thanks Kris for the wishes. The Shadow is unassuming at first but once you start digging it really shines. The form factor really adds to the functionality.

To be honest I have been a long time Pocket PC/Touchscreen/Pro user. So I was a bit apprehensive about losing the touch screen. After a week or so of using the Shadow, I barely miss touch screens.
