Default Get Your Developer Phone Upgraded at the PDC
If you are at PDC and would like to have someone at Microsoft upgrade your Red-E developer kit Smartphone to Smartphone 2003, here's what you have to do: Go to the hands on labs Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday morning and ask for Dale Rolf in the Mobile PC and Devices area. Dale will upgrade your device on the spot. Kudos go to Dale for volunteering his time to do this and to James Pratt for arranging it!
