Default eVC 4.0 and Motorola Q

Hey guys,

did anyone was able to run applcations written in eVC 4.0 (Smartphone 2003 SDK) on Motorola Q (either device or emulator) ? I am able to compile and put on the emulator but when try to run nothing happens. Is there a chance not to rewrite all code to VS 2005 ?

Thanks,
PC

I've been using eVC4.0 for development across the board on SP. One compile runs on 2002 through WM 5.0. We have customers on Q and no complaints. It is possible.

Check out Omnisoft's web site. They have some details on using eVB on WinMo5. It might be the same hacks are needed to get eVC to work.

I've been using embedded VC++ 3.0 (with Smartphone 2002 SDK) to develop applications for the Smartphone devices. My apps work fine under WM5 OS as well.
