Here is the scoop, existing Cingular Customers can get the phone if they renew for 24 months ($39.95 voice plan) and pay an extra $75 fee so the total comes to $154.00 which is still an awesome deal. I called CUSA as soon as I saw this thread (about 3:30PM) and they said they had 6 left in inventory. I was there in 30 minutes and though they hand none in the glass display they had some in the back room. Don't know if this helps or not but it does not seem to be limited to 5 per store.

i personally think this is trickery! i bet there is a mail-in rebate that you have to mail in before you get the deal. if anyone can confirm that, let us know!
