problems with my zune

hey i have been having problems with my zune recently. when i try and go to certin artists on my zune it will say it is loading the artist or song and it will sometimes take 2 to 3 min. to load that artist or it wont load the song at all and it will say the song cant be played or has been lost.another problem i have been having is when i am listing to a song sometimes the volume of the song will just turn all the way down (even tho the volume is truned all the way up and i havn't touched it) but the song will keep playing without any volume

2-3 minutes?!? That's not right. Call Zune customer support at 1-877-GET-ZUNE to get a replacement. You also might want to try resetting it, and see if that helps.
