Limited Edition Pink Zunes Revealed

"For those of you who remember our post about the limited edition pink Zune, which was given has a thank-you present to the Zune team, and only them. If you were one of the people to go pink with envy and wished you could get your hands on one of these for your much loved wife or girlfriends, you are in luck! Apparently Microsoft has put 100 of these out in the wild, complete with a certificate stating just that. One lucky shopper managed to pick one up at Circuit City and has now put it up for sale on eBay."



Remember those pink Zunes? Apparently, Microsoft slipped a hundred of these limited edition devices out into the open. There's a catch, though. They're all in standard boxes (showing a brown, white, or black Zune), so Microsoft is playing a game of deception here. While one of these candy-coloured Zunes can fetch more than $249 on eBay, I can't help but think that a few buyers would be pretty peeved when they open the box and discover that they didn't get what they wanted.

Yeah, I'd be pissed if I got home and found out my brown, black or white zune was PINK!

The pink is the Paris Hilton Limited Edition: cheap, screen is not too bright, and it just will not turn off.

The pink looks tacky I dont see any double shot effect on it. I'm sure a little girl would love it though.

I see a tinge of orange on the edges, but it's hard to tell.

eBay auction for the pink Zune (pictures below) sold for $920. That's a lot of green for a little pink.
