Error 5 on a Zune 30
A friend of mine has a Zune 30. On December 1st or so (Thats right, DECEMBER) it "quit working". I brought it home and plugged it into my laptop which does not have the Zune software installed. First, it showed a battery with a power plug in the center for about 10 min. Then, the Zune screen showed up for about 5 minutes, before going to a screen that has a "5" and says "Contact Support".
Now, I can't get it to do anything. Looked around on the internet, and found some ways to hard reset it. I can't get the thing to respond to anything, its just stuck on that screen.
