Hi,

We'd like to announce the first release of monikker for smartphones (Win Mobile and Nokia), which lets you personalize your phone calls. It's free and it's fun and we hope you'll enjoy using it.

• monikker lets you make and receive colorful calls to/from other monikker users
  When you call other monikker users, their phone rings with the sound and picture or animation you chose (really !).

• monikker lets you receive colorful calls from anyone at all
  change your phone's boring sound-only ring-tones to noisy colorful animated hyperactive monikker ring-tones

Impress your friends. Irritate them. It's really up to you.

• there are galleries of pre-made monikker images, animations and sounds to use, or you can make your own

• you can also have 'Special Person' monikkers for special people or groups of people you call

• ... or 'Assigned' monikkers, which you pick for particular people who call you

• software for Windows Mobile based smartphones and Pocket PC phones is available now (WM5 or WM6) (includes phones and PDAs from imate, T-Mobile, Sprint, Vodafone, Cingular, Telstra, dopod, HTC, O2, Qtek and many, many others)

• (signed) software for Nokia S60 9.1 and 9.2 phones is available now. Includes most Nokia 3G phones that have come out in the past 18 months: Nokia 3250, 5500, 5700, 6110, 6120, 6121, 6290, E50, E51, E60, E61, E61i, E62, E65, E70, E90, N71, N73, N75, N76, N77, N80, N81, N82, N91, N92, N93, N93i, N95, LG Joy, Samsung SGH-i400, SGH-i520, SGH-i550, SGH-i560)

• software for Nokia S60 OS7 and OS8 will be released in 7 days Includes: Nokia 3230, 6260, 6600, 6620, 6630, 6670, 6680, 6681, 6682, 7610, N70, N72, N90, Panasonic X800, Samsung SGH-D720, Samsung SGH-D730, Lenovo P930)

• Requirements: one of the above phones or PDA phones, with a working internet connection.
