ZenZui’s Zooming User Interface, a patented Microsoft technology, was initially developed by the Microsoft Redmond Research lab. Microsoft IP Ventures helps startups and growing companies speed their time to market through access to Microsoft’s innovation. ZenZui worked with IP Ventures to acquire the technology and prodide assistance in securing venture capital funding to help launch their company."

Jason has posted a cool video showing off this new interface on the CTIA 2007 Blog. If you watch closely, you can see that it also works without a touch screen. Each of the "dots" coresponds to a number on your keypad. There's no word on when or how it will be made available. I hope that it's a downloadable product and that I don't have to buy yet another phone just to enjoy this cool new interface.
