"UK mobile phone maker Sendo has settled a lawsuit in which it accused Microsoft of stealing its technology and its customers.
Sendo was a key partner in the software giant's so-called Smartphone project. But Sendo dumped Microsoft as its main software provider just weeks before its compact Z100 handset, offering PC-style capability, was due to launch in 2002."It appears that Microsoft will surrender it's 4% stake in Sendo. No other details of the settlement have been released. Of course, both companies still deny any wrong doing.
