Default Samsung to Release 6 New Windows Mobile Smartphones in 2007?

http://www.theunwired.net/?itemid=3745

"And one more from Samsung! During a press event yesterday, Samsung Electronics Germany unveiled, that it plans to release 6 new (and so far unanounced) Windows Mobile 6 smartphones in 2007! According to Samsung Manager Norbert Strixner, "the classical German mobile phone market has finally reached a kind of market saturation. However, Samsung sees an increasing demand for smartphones in the prosumer and even consumer segment"."

I'm beginning to think there are almost too many Smartphones coming out. Yes choice is good. I must say though, my like of HTC devices is waning. Using the BlackJack for quite some time now has reminded me of how solid Samsung devices are. I still remember how well made the old i600 was. I am looking forward to seeing what Samsung will be offering up. There is some ambiguity though as to whether these will be Standard or Professional devices.

Too many? No way! It is just the beginning. I hope that this is just the tip of an iceburg.

I agree with you Jerry - the quality of my BlackJack is amazing and a welcome change from HTC after HTC

persnally i feel it is more than the actual build quality of the blackjack the makrs samsung shine. look at all of the extra software that was packed in it. also the homescreen plugins are miles ahead of other htc offerings. htc could learn a lot from the new kids on the block.
